Smart Food Waste Management: Our kitchens use Orbisk, an AI-powered food waste monitoring system that helps us measure and better understand food waste. By tracking what is being wasted, our culinary teams can identify opportunities to optimise operations, reduce waste and continuously improve our food management practices.

Single-use plastic: Single-use plastic reduction measures include refillable bathroom amenities, reusable serviceware and alternative materials for selected food & beverage items.
