Q: What are you most excited about for SLS Las Vegas?
A: It’s the alignment of the best sbe brands – from nightlife to restaurants –
it will be an entire integration under one roof.
Q: What’s your goal for the culinary experience at SLS Las Vegas?
A: The idea is that you should say ‘wow’ every time you taste something.
Q: If you could only use one spice, what would it be?
A: Even though it’s not technically a spice, I’d say garlic.
Q: What culinary trends are you noticing in Las Vegas and the F&B industry
as a whole?
A: The return to the technique of cooking, and the continuation of small
plates and health.
Q: What’s your hidden talent?
A: I’m also a boat Captain.
