Available for a limited time, the handcrafted holiday menu uses the freshest ingredients around, custom-infused whiskeys and holiday colors to create these one-of-a-kind concoctions.
Hyde’s own whiskey infusion, the ‘Rock and Rye,’ is an adaptation of a once-common liqueur traceable to the pre-Prohibition era. Created in-house by allowing rock candy, cloves, spices and winter citrus fruits to mull in Old Overholt Rye for more than a month, this smooth and flavorful infusion is served on the rocks in an old-fashioned glass.
A festive spin on the ever-popular Cuban cocktail, Hyde’s ‘Pomegranate Mojito’ is flavored with a clear molasses made with the natural sugars from its namesake fruit. Garnished with tart, jewel-like arils and green mint leaves, the drink pops with holiday colors and flavors.
