Need a new signature drink? Well grab a glass and get ready to make a delicious cocktail inspired by the transformation of the legendary Sahara into SLS!
The #SaharaToSLS signature cocktail is a tantalizing blend of Grey Goose La Poire, sweet vermouth, Aperol, fresh lemon juice, simple syrup and orange bitters. This cocktail is a fresh and modern twist on classic ingredients – it’s a libation to tempt any palate and is available at all sbe restaurants nationwide including Katsuya, The Bazaar and Cleo.
Step 1: In a pint glass, add the following ingredients:
- 1.5 oz. Grey Goose La Poire
- .5 oz. Dolin Rouge sweet vermouth
- .5 oz. Aperol
- .5 oz. fresh lemon juice
- .5 oz. simple syrup
- 1 dash of orange bitters
Step 2: Shake the ingredients vigorously and strain over fresh ice in a red wine glass.
Step 3: Garnish with a tall sprig of rosemary submerged into the cocktail. Place a Grey Goose swizzle stick into the rosemary such that the goose appears to fly out of the top.
