SLS LUX Brickell partners with Technogym, the world’s leading fitness brand, to launch a high-performance training series designed to elevate strength, precision, and movement quality.
Each session is structured as a circuit-style bootcamp, blending strength, resistance, and functional bodyweight training. Guests rotate through three dedicated stations using Technogym equipment trusted by elite athletes and professional teams worldwide.
Designed to be inclusive and adaptable, participants move at their own pace – making the experience accessible across fitness levels while maintaining a challenging, elevated training environment. Hosted on the court with a live DJ, the series delivers a dynamic, social workout experience where performance meets atmosphere.

SLS LUX Brickell is proud to present the SLS Sanctuary Series, a curated program in partnership with the Heartspace Collective. From November through February, this wellness season features weekly Saturday yoga, bi-weekly Wednesday tennis clinics, and monthly signature events held every third Saturday – all designed to nurture mind, body, and spirit.

This immersive experience blends energizing HIIT, sculpting Pilates, restorative yoga, guided breathwork, and mindful recovery, complemented by a curated wellness market focused on clean energy and conscious living.

Saturdays | 9:00am – 10:00am | 9th Floor Wellness Court
Your weekly sanctuary in motion – a 60-minute vinyasa flow to build heat, strength, and focus, followed by restorative poses and grounding breathwork. Join us every Saturday at 9 AM for a dynamic blend of movement and pause to release tension, restore the nervous system, and set the tone for the week.
