SLS LUX Brickell invites guests to experience the Summer Wellness Series – an elevated seasonal program in partnership with HeartSpace Collective. Designed to celebrate movement, mindfulness, recovery, and connection, the series features curated wellness experiences throughout the summer—from weekly yoga, tennis, and sound healing sessions to signature monthly events that bring together wellness activations, recovery experiences, immersive workshops, and community.

AN INTERNATIONAL YOGA DAY SOCIAL

In celebration of International Yoga Day and the Summer Solstice, Miami Flow State brings together a morning of movement, recovery, and curated experiences at SLS LUX Brickell. The program includes a ceremonial cacao experience, HeartSpace Yoga Sculpt + Flow, a restorative sound bath, and a guided community circle.
Throughout the event, guests can explore the Altitude Market featuring wellness, beauty, recovery, and lifestyle partners.

Start your weekend with Power & Pause, a thoughtfully designed yoga experience led by Sarita Shimizu. Blending energizing movement with mindful recovery, each session combines intentional strength-building sequences, moments of stillness, and restorative flow to help you feel balanced, refreshed, and ready for the days ahead.

Tennis meets cardio on the stunning rooftop court at SLS LUX Brickell. Join USPTA Elite Pro Jason Dixon of BrickellFIT for an energizing session that fuses tennis fundamentals with a high-energy, heart-pumping workout.
