SLS LUX Brickell, in partnership with HeartSpace Collective and powered by lululemon, presents The Fall Edit — a new seasonal wellness series bringing together movement, intention, and connection through four thoughtfully curated experiences.

Each edition introduces a different way to move, from strength and flow to sculpt and reset, brought to life by standout talent and an inspiring community on the SLS LUX rooftop.

THE STRENGTH EDIT

Saturday, September 26 | 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM

Kick off The Fall Edit with a 60-minute Strength + Endurance experience led by Rick Chavez, bringing his signature training style and energy to the rooftop of SLS LUX Brickell.

Expect intentional strength work, athletic conditioning, and a high-energy full-body workout designed to challenge you, build endurance, and leave you feeling strong.

The experience continues beyond the workout with a recovery experience by Pause Studio, wellness market and brand activations, curated partner swag, giveaways, and two lululemon outfits up for grabs.

Start your weekend with movement at SLS LUX Brickell. Our Saturday Wellness Series brings a rotating lineup of fitness experiences to the rooftop, from boxing-inspired conditioning and sculpt to yoga and strength.

A high-energy full-body workout combining boxing-inspired cardio with sculpting exercises to build strength and endurance.

September 12 | Yoga Sculpt with Brandon
An energizing blend of yoga-inspired movement and strength-focused sculpt designed to challenge the body while keeping you grounded.

Tennis meets cardio on the stunning rooftop court at SLS LUX Brickell. Join USPTA Elite Pro Jason Dixon of BrickellFIT for an energizing session that fuses tennis fundamentals with a high-energy, heart-pumping workout.

Enjoy Mexican-inspired bites and specialty cocktails, alongside an Agua Sol tequila tasting, games by Tito’s, a Quore Gelato pop-up, and sounds by DJ Nikki throughout the evening.
