Kyara is a vibrant, conceptual hotel bar blending unconventional ingredients and classic cocktails. Minimalistic, uchronia inspired aesthetic explores a dystopian post-modern cocktail world where iconic classics are interpreted through a lens of unconventional ingredients.

Kyara serves drinks and you can’t get anywhere else; from sunset drinking all the way through the late-night party.

At Kyara, cocktails are built using accords; the same way perfumers create scent. Each formula begins with a core identity: floral, woody, animalic, mineral…We blend botanicals, distillates, and extracts to express that identity with precision. Every drink has a logic. Every sip, a story.

The experience happens inside the Compounding Room: our glass-and-metal lab where nothing is by accident. Where the mystic ends, the science begins. And you? You leave altered.
